    Tina Lou Windholz

    December 13, 1955 - October 6, 2021

Tina Lou Windholz, age 65, passed away October 6, 2021. The Lord decided to take her home after many years of suffering from her incessant brain tumors. Her suffering is no more. She lived a full and happy life. Her first 17 years of life were spent growing up in Texas, but nothing could compare with the joys she had spending the summers with grandma in Arkansas. Each year she could not wait to get there, and then did not want to leave. The next 17 years she spent in Northern California, existing, until she could return to Texas to meet the man of her dreams and ultimately live her dream of raising horses, dogs, and any other animal she wanted. The lure of Arkansas never left her, and the last three years of her life she returned to the place she cherished the most, a few miles from grandma’s house, her beloved Arkansas! Tina was preceded in death by her father: Floyd Sterling; mother: Viola Williams; sisters: Threasa and Treva Sterling; son: Jason Windholz; and nieces: Stephanie McGuire and Aerial White. She is survived by her husband of 30 years: Hubert Windholz; daughter: Jessica (Mikael) Johnston family; sons: Christopher (Kimberly) Caskey family, Jason Windholz (deceased) family, Jeremy (Stephanie) Windholz family, Josh (Sylvia) Windholz family, and Joseph (Karen) Windholz family; sisters: Kelly (Bill) Connel family, Tammie Sterling family, Trevia Sterling (deceased) family, and Debbie (Bill) Thomas family; numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. May she rest in peace. A celebration of Tina's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to your local animal shelter/rescue are appreciated.
