    Taylor Olivia George

    October 20, 2008 - April 23, 2022

    Taylor Olivia George was born on October 20, 2008 to Billy Ray George III and Jamecia Sparks George. She was the oldest of a set of twin girls, and leaves behind 4 siblings. Taylor was educated at Davis Elementary School, Miss May Vernon Elementary School, followed by Harry H. Herndon Intermediate. Taylor concluded her education at Bobby Summer Middle School. Taylor played volleyball for 2 years with RCYSD. She was a huge fan of reading books, playing board games, and watching WWE wrestling with her dad. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Thelma Roberson Sparks, and paternal great-grandparents, Mae Pearl George, Billy George, Verda Mae White and Ray Woodkins. Sharing in the memories of Taylor are her parents, Billy Ray George III and Jamecia Sparks George; siblings: Latifah Jackson, Brandon (Gina) Woodkins, Balik Woodkins, and Morgan Elise George; two great-nieces, Khloe Jackson and Ivy Woodkins; paternal grandparents: Billy Ray George Jr (PawPaw) and Ola Mae George (Granny); uncles: George Woodkins and Cedric (Vantrice) Woodkins; and aunt: Yolanda Denise Sherrod; along with a host of great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins and other loved ones and friends. Taylor leaves behind her best friend Khristian Hall and many other friends at Bobby Summers Middle School. A funeral service to celebrate Taylor’s home-going is to be held at Fellowship Church at 900 Pullen St., Royse City, TX 75189, on Monday, May 2, 2022, beginning at 2:00 PM, with Chaplain Millicent Albert officiating. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
