What a man of God you were, Mr. Giles. I was so honored so know you for the short time I did. You absolutely, positively made a lasting impact on me. You knew what was important - God and family - and you lived that out in front of our very eyes. I'm so happy for you that you're in the presence of your Lord and Savior. I can't wait to see you again one day!! Marvelous memorial was held today in your honor. See you again one day!! xoxo

Dear Jimmie, and family; Carol and I value the visit we had with you and James when we were there last. We regret we had not made the effort to visit again. James was so hospitable and kind to us, and we loved his sense of humor! We pray to the God of all comfort to comfort you in your loss.  Love, from your Nephew,  Nathan

James, our teacher, our brother, our you will be missed by so many left here.  Truly, earth's loss is heaven's gain.  So many wonderful years of memories to enjoy and be blessed by.  May God be gracious to your dear wife Jimmie Lou, and all your family.  It would have been good if we could have all gone together to met Jesus in the air...but He knows best.  As you have reminded us so many times through the years,  Jesus is and always.  The seeds you sowed in this life are many and they will continue to produce for the glory of God.  Thank you my Dear Friend.

James was in our family for many, many years, we all loved him. I remember when my Mother (Jimmie's sister) died, James participated in the service.  He gave the best decription of her and her flowers and then typed it out and sent me a copy which I still cherish. May God bless and take care of Jimmie Lou until he calls her home to be reunited with James.

James was highly instrumental in shaping my life; keeping me focused on the right and proper way to conduct myself, all through my teen years.  Although we lost touch over time, I've thought of him often, and hoped for the best for him and his family.  My condolences to the family.  May God wrap His arms around you during these difficult times.

In my short time knowing him I witnessed  his wonderful spirit of encouragement to everyone around him, in the mist of his own suffering. I will never forget him or His precious wife.
